## Installation 1. Download the release from the latest email you've received; ### WHMCS 1. Upload the `includes` folder to your WHMCS root folder;
2. Go to `Setup -> System Settings -> API Credentials` and create one role according to the following screenshots;
3. Generate a new API credential (the selected admin will be used to record the actions in the logs) and save the Identifier and Secret for future use during the Backend installation;
4. Go to `Setup -> System Settings -> General Settings -> Security` and add the Backend IP to the "API IP Access Restriction".
### Backend {% tabs %} {% tab title="cPanel" %} {% hint style="success" %} This is the best solution if you use cPanel on shared web hosting. {% endhint %} 1. Upload the `BACKEND` folder to `/AndrezzzLinkDiscord` (normally, when you open FTP/File Manager, it opens the `public_html` folder, you need to go back);
2. Edit the `addons/config.json` file using the information previously collected from the [WHMCS Installation](#whmcs). Update the URL field with your WHMCS URL, not removing the termination `includes/api.php` , and change the Image field with any image URL of your choice (this will be displayed as a Thumbnail;)
3. Edit the `addons/ClientArea/config.json` file according to your preferences. {% endtab %} {% tab title="Pterodactyl" %} 1. Wait until the server is created and upload the files using FTP or the File Manager (if you use the File Manager, please ZIP the `BACKEND` folder contents first, then `Unarchive`);
2. Edit the `addons/config.json` file using the information previously collected from the [WHMCS Installation](#whmcs). Update the URL field with your WHMCS URL, not removing the termination `includes/api.php` , and change the Image field with any image URL of your choice (this will be displayed as a Thumbnail;)
3. Edit the `addons/ClientArea/config.json` file according to your preferences. {% endtab %} {% tab title="Self Hosted (SSH)" %} 1. Upload the `BACKEND` folder to the one you've just created, `/opt/AndrezzzLinkDiscord` (normally, when you open FTP, it opens the user folder, you need to go to the desired folder);
2. Edit the `addons/config.json` file using the information previously collected from the [WHMCS Installation](#whmcs). Update the URL field with your WHMCS URL, not removing the termination `includes/api.php` , and change the Image field with any image URL of your choice (this will be displayed as a Thumbnail;)
